Does the recipe have to contain hot dogs? I have a couple recipes for hot dog condiments I'd like to add to the group.

Williamgag. After you post a recipe, look at recipe, and then look at the right side of the screen. You will see a section that says, "The Groups" Select the Hot Dogs group, and then click on the "Add to group" button. That should add your recipe to the group.
Thanks for signing up for the Hot Dogs Group!

I love hotdogs becaust they're so versatile. My now grown kids love Mac 'n' Cheese with hot dogs sliced, browned in a skillet, and then combined My late hub used to have me make him hot dog sandwiches, by slicing the 2 hotdogs lengthwise and browning them, then placing them between 2 bread slices slathered with catsup. But my personal fave way with hot dogs is to roast them, either in the oven or on a grill, and then topping them in buns with Flint Style Coney Sauce, yellow mustard and chopped onions.

Hi Windy. Thanks for joining the hot dogs group. We like hot dogs in Mac n cheese as well, but I never though to brown them first. Thats a great idea!
You should post a recipe for the flint style coney sauce.

Has anyone tried "Steamy dogs"?? Steamed hot dogs and buns are AWESOME!! .. I will have to get hubby to help me with the coleslaw that goes on top.. but just steaming is sooo good!

Flint Style Coney Sauce Red Sauce

Now this makes a decidedly different coney than a Detroit-style or a chili dog because it is drier, and like I said, I like it way better.
