  It's a good mock baked beans recipe without all the wait time for regular beans.
  Served it as a side for Easy Oven Fried Chicken and another side of rice. Made the rice with some Collard Green and hog jowl squeezings.

  I've cooked lentils twice and they always turn out mushy. Don't know what I'm doing wrong, I follow the directions! Anyway, the kids would like this one, since they mimic baked beans, bookmarked!
