  My co-worker with the blackberries gave me a whole big bag today! I did a search here for blackberry cobbler and found this one that pso had made and also realized I had all the ingredients. I had really good luck with this one and it came out better than I expected. Its kind of a different recipe! I put some pictures on the recipe.

  You could try cutting the recipe into 1/4 to check out the sweetener idea, pso. That way you won't waste much sweetener if it doesn't work.
