    Very good! I did up the ingredients some because one slice of bell pepper and 1 grape tomato is not enough for me lol! I actually used one small roma tomato and maybe four slices of red bell pepper ;). I used some deli ham in this too.

    That looks sooo delicious! I usually use my leftover asparagus the next day to mix in with my breakfast eggs. I think asparagus would be good here, too!
