Another amazing recipe from Luisa. I have to admit to being a fan. :)
This is so yummy. Marie had Chicken Katsu at a restaurant recently and I knew I had this recipe bookmarked so decided to give it a whirl. It's super yummy, juicy and delicious. The sauce is great. Not too sweet. Wonder if a little spoon full of Sriracha might be tasty added in as well. :)
I'd totally do a pork cutlet with it too. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs this time. Flattened them a bit with the meat pounder first.
Followed the recipe to the T pretty much.
Total thumbs up. Highly recommend it.

I have this one bookmarked and it is quite similar to the way I do Wiener Schnitzel
and a different sauce would be great with that as well. Thanks for mentioning that Janet I will definitely try that now:) We have been kind of chickened out lately but when we are back into feeling like having it again. This recipe is already printed out and good to go!

I made this last weekend. I tripled the recipe so I would have leftovers. After pounding out the chicken, it made a ton. At least it looked like a ton. It went fast tho. I LOVED this. Great cold also. My son also loved it. Again, Chuckie, thanks for the heads up. And thank you Luisa for a great recipe. Added a pic

I made this a couple weeks ago and just realized I never reviewed it. The chicken is nice and crispy and great on it's own, but omg the tonkatsu sauce is amazing!! Like Janet said, I think this would be good with pork as well... Thanks Luisa!!!
