Cider Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Carrots

    I found some beautiful brussel sprouts at the farmers market and just had to make this! It was so good! I did slice the shallots thinly and used 2 of them and used apple juice instead of apple cider. I also cooked longer...about 30 minutes. Very good!

    I had admired this recipe as well. Seems someone else recently posted it here and if I remember correctly they also increased the cooking time. Good to know as I'm sure I will be giving this one a try.

    I looked at this recipe, too and your photo is so lovely! I would like to make these but my beau is not into Brussels sprouts and it's usually just the 2 of us so I don't know if it'd be worth it b/c I don't know how many I can eat :)
