    Cider Roasted Brussels Sprouts And Carrots By: Christinem
    Nice flavor combo. I did up the temp to 400F after reading other reviews and b/c I had other food cooking in the oven at that temp. Had them in for about 35 min. Sliced the shallots thin rather than mincing. Left out the walnuts b/c I didn't have any on hand.

    ml2c, my aunt used to live in Fredericksburg, TX. I remember her speaking of shopping at an HEB store. Have you looked in the produce section for cider? I think that's where all of the grocery stores around here have the fresh cider when it's in season.
