This is very good. Rich and chocolatey with peanut buttery and coconuty goodness. I happened to have all the ingredients when CG posted this and I felt like something sweet.

Yeh, I use it for a recipe that I often make. Its not really oil til it melts, tho. Comes in a jar and looks like Crisco with a slight beige tint. Supposed to be good fro you, too

Mom, these are firm like fudge with the chewiness of something like oatmeal cookies. I forgot to say that I used dark chocolate chips. Love dark choc......
