Easy Egg Foo Yung

    A recipe from Kristopher ~ Easy Egg Foo Yung

    This WAS easy! And delicious! Loved the slight crunchiness of all the wonderful veggies, and the sauce was perfect..not overly salty..a great accompaniment to the egg foo yung:)

    I used 1 cup of shredded chicken and 1 Knorr Vegetable cube for the sauce, since the cube is bigger than regular bouillon cubes:) Also topped with some hastily chopped green onions..sigh...I also wish I would have taken a better pic as well...

    Awwww thanks ladies! I just thought my green onion was sliced way too big..that's what happens when I have a hungry hubby in the kitchen asking when dinner will be ready...
    I think you both would enjoy this, it's great for those busy days when you want to get dinner on the table real quick like! :-)

    Thanks Janet:) It's more of a meal with the chicken..that's all we had for dinner and it was also very filling with all of those eggs!
