I know Points posted a review in the Soup Again Ii but I wanted to start it's own thread :) I had this planned since last night to make, but it just so happened my daughter came home from school not feeling well with a sore throat. So glad I had this soup simmering away on the stove for her :) Delicious stuff for sure! I did double up on the carrots, beans and yes, the parmesan cheese is a must. Used some homemade chicken stock which I did about 5 cups of since we like pretty soupy soup. We all loved it and ate every bite, thanks Marie :) :)

P.S. Points you didn't rate this recipe.

Thanks Marie, I do love to use homemade stock when I make soup, if on hand, but that is pretty rare :) Bri went to bed super early and I gave her a good dose of meds, so crossing fingers she will be good as new in the morning for school!

That looks so good. I love parmesan in my soup. I can't wait until it gets cool enough for us to have a big pot simmering on the stove. Yummy. Great picture Michelle!

I can't wait to try this! On my list to make soon. I'm thinking this would work in the slow cooker one day.
