Grandmas Mushroom Bisque

  Good flavor. Enjoyed the sherry flavor even if I had to use sherry wine vinegar.
  Doubled the recipe without trouble.
  Might have to let the bisque cool for a few extra minutes so the yogurt won't curdle.
  Quick easy recipe.
