Grilled Bacon, Gouda and Pear Sandwich

    This is one of those sandwiches that was just calling my name! It was perfect! Fruit and cheese really do go well together especially when there is bacon involved ;) Thanks for the great sandwich Keni!

    I use 2 spatulas when making big omelets. Sometimes I could use 3 but I havent figured out how to use 3 with only 2 hands :O . That is a really good looking sandwich, ml2c I never would have thought to put fruit in a sandwich. It seems like I am always hungry after coming here. Now I have to go get something to eat :)
