Jalapeno Popper Wontons

    These are yummy! I used a Mexican cheese blend, instead of the monterey jack, and fried these in only about 1/2 an inch of oil flipping after a couple minutes. They cooked a little unevenly (as you can tell from the picture), but I'm sure that's from not submerging completely in oil, and that my wonton wrappers unfroze weird this time. Cooked chopped up bacon would be good in these too ;)
