This is a fantastic combo of ingredients! MMMmm...I could have eaten a cereal bowl full of this, and only this :) Loved the sweet cranberries, they pair so nicely with the brussels sprouts... Used this recipe for the onions as suggested Caramelized Onions/saved

So happy you liked them ML2C. Me too.. One of the best things I've taken away from this site is this recipe. I posted a recipe for caramelized onions and jo jo ba posted what she thought about them with Brussells sprouts...This is now my favorite way to prepare them.

Dried cranberries & brussel sprouts go so well together..I like to add a splash or two of Balsamic Vinegar to the mix as well when roasting brussel sprouts... Beautiful pic Michelle!
