Can you make these onions ahead and add them to recipes later? If so do you have an idea of how long it keeps well in the refrigerator?

I love caramelized onions, but I never add sugar or honey to them...low and slow is the way to go. But thanks for the reminder to use them more often! And I need glasses too... Cheers ~ Lindy

I love them this way, minus honey or sugar. I add worcestershire and garlic. YUM!

I love caramelized onions. In fact it was your Classic Patty Melt recipe that I first made them. Been hooked ever since. Thanks for sharing, Wyneebaer

I love onions, especially all yummy carmelized, like the honey addition.

Lovely idea but I'll skip the honey. The onions should be sweet enough without. Like the new avatar. RJ
