Keni's Wings

Made Keni's Garlic Lemon Chicken Wings Or Pieces last night for dinner and they were scrumptious. Didn't take a picture as we were too eager to get to eating them instead of searching for the camera! Loved the Lemon/Garlic combination. Will even add a tad more Hot sauce next time, although we didn't add the cayenne to this so that would have provided just that much more heat. I marinated them in the fridge for the entire day as I was working. Threw them on the BBQ when we got home. A fun Friday night meal and I'll totally make them again. Lots of flavour! Thanks Keni!

Made these game day and they were delicious!! Very garlicky which we loved of course :) I only got these marinating for about 30 minutes, but honestly I thought they had great flavor regardless! Thanks for leaving us another good one Keni :) :)

Great photo on the recipe page, Ml2c! Those looking smokin' hot and spicy, which means I can't eat them. :( I'm missing out on all kinds of good stuff!

No..........You're not.................Too much hot spice just covers up good flavor.

That's a good way of looking at it, Points. My hubby has a cast iron stomach and loves hot spicy food, the hotter the better for him, but I just can't tolerate spice.

Wow that does look good for sure. Depending on the spice I am the same way. I think I would cut back the hot sauce by at least half.

I like my wings SPICY! I think they are boring if they aren't spicy, but that's my opinion and as long as my stomach can handle the spice, I'm gonna do it :) Thanks everyone, they were delicious!

I have a health issue that prevents me from eating spicy food, but I'm not sure I'd eat it even if I could.

I suppose one could grind up some Sichuan peppercorns for the wings. It numbs the tongue so that it tames the spicy heat level and one can taste the fruity flavors of the spicy heat. I have some but have not ventured down that road.

Keni certainly liked spicy in her food. Someone at work was telling me that you build up a tolerance to spicy over time. Not certain if that is true or not...
