(because I am a bit lazy right now I am gonna just copy and paste my comment here. LOL)

These are a total hit with the family! The girls even wanted the leftovers for dinner tonite. :O (I got an actual request for leftovers!)
    LOL
I will say this, don't send the dad to buy the crescent rolls or he will come back with the large ones...needless to say they were very big. I didn't get a pic this time but will be sure to take one next time when I have the regular size rolls. :)
Next time will be very soon as we have decided these are a must for football.

Wow, I'm honored! 3 people in as many days tried that one! :) Thanks, guys...I'm very happy y'all were pleased with it....sorry you couldn't find the dill relish, Lillian...I didn't know it was an iffy thing to buy, other places, but chopped dill pickles should do the same thing...I just don't even eat or buy sweet relish, always dill, so I'm glad I even remembered to specify. ;)

Remember, if you wanna, you can change 'em up for your favorite "burger' idea...mushroom and swiss is one that comes to mind...whatever you might get on a "take out" burger, you can try in these...you can do other fillings, of course, like pizza, etc, but then it's a pizza pocket, not a cheeseburger one...so, to make it just like this, I just change things a teeny bit.... usually not a all, frankly, cus they love 'em just like this and if they're in the mood for these, they want them to taste like THESE! :) hehehe

Yes, its a good thing you specified "dill" pickle relish, because it was a nice touch. I don't think I would of liked it with the sweet relish. The dill pickles worked perfectly. My family is sooo picky!!! But they do have an excellent palate and they always mention the flavors they are tasting in everything I make. I really have to be spot on when I cook for them! They keep me on my toes! LOL!

Thanks, Lillian...I agree if you sub sweet, it would change it drastically... to have that "take out burger" taste, you've gotta have the dill in there! :)

That's why I use plain ol' American(well, sharp American, at least, from the big block, I don't buy the plastic wrapped stuff) cheese, as well...cus it sorta needs that to be what it's meant to be :)

Thanks for trying them and for the reviews.

Hey there...you know I also used chopped up pickles in mine. We always have sweet pickle relish in the house but no dill relish. The 2 young girls love dill pickles so I didn't see where it would hurt to just chop em up and add them instead.

....and what you said about making the ingredients to be a pizza or I thought even bbq flavored...I mentioned that to the dad and he kinda wrinkled his nose at me and said, no, you should keep doing them just like this. LOL

    thanx again keni!

hehehe...well, I'll take that as a compliment, for sure, angel! :)

I'm glad you used the dill, too, by the way...no matter how you got there! ;)

I wish I had not waited so long to make these!! So easy! I did fold them wrong, but oh well, it stayed together and turned out fine. Forgot the sesame seeds darnit! These reheat really well and I put 4 in the freezer for a couple weeks down the road, and I have full confidence they will defrost and cook up just fine :) Added a pic....

Oh, yum. Those look tasty. I don't remember seeing this one. At first I was afraid that Keni would have us making the dough, but I like the crescent roll ingredient. Freezing these is a great idea! They would probably make a good breakfast, too!

Thanks Ladies :) Lol Frankie! Surprisingly if you search through Keni's pizza recipes, she usually mentions you can use a pre made dough. I like that because I often don't feel like making it from scratch!
