From keni 15 years agoIngredients
- 1lb ground beef shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 2T dried minced onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2T yellow mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish shopping list
- 8 slices cheese of your choice shopping list
- 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls(or your own dough, if desired) shopping list
- 1T melted butter shopping list
- sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Cook beef in skillet with garlic until just done(don't over brown). Drain and cool slightly. Combine beef, onion, ketchup, mustard and relish in large bowl. Separate dough into 8 rectangles(not triangles) and lay 1 slice of cheese on each one. Add about 1/2 cup of meat mixture to each dough rectangle then fold dough over to create a sealed "pocket". Lay seams down on baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake according to roll package directions until golden brown.
- *you can also add 1 canned of thoroughly drained diced tomatoes to meat mixture, if desired*
