Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook beef in skillet with garlic until just done(don't over brown). Drain and cool slightly. Combine beef, onion, ketchup, mustard and relish in large bowl. Separate dough into 8 rectangles(not triangles) and lay 1 slice of cheese on each one. Add about 1/2 cup of meat mixture to each dough rectangle then fold dough over to create a sealed "pocket". Lay seams down on baking sheet and brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake according to roll package directions until golden brown.
  • *you can also add 1 canned of thoroughly drained diced tomatoes to meat mixture, if desired*

I made these for Keni Cooking Day 2015. They were easy and delicious! I did add bacon, cause I couldn't resist. Everything is better with bacon!

This was very well liked all around! I can't wait to try it with different cheeses. I love gouda and havarti on bugers so I'm sure it would work well in this! Added a review on mrtnzangel8's IMI thread -------> Kenis

I made these tonight. Everyone loved them! I made some with american cheese and some with pepper jack cheese. Another A+ from Keni! Great alternative to regular cheeseburgers.

These were good! Only changes I made were that I used real onion and I added some bacon that I needed to use up, and didnt use the relish. Even my husband liked them so thats pretty good!
