Keni's Mascarpone Seafood Pasta/saved

Delicious! I used a mix of shrimp, sea scallops and salmon - the mascarpone in the sauce goes so well with seafood. This came together quickly, but tastes like it required so much more effort than it really did!

Bump...............Going to make this for Keni day and had to find this string if there was one.
Homemade Mascarpone is draining and I'll get the salmon crocked tomorrow. The rest of the recipe will be made on Sunday along with posting of my Mascarpone recipe.
