Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add onion and cook about 5 minutes
  • Add garlic and cook another 3 minutes
  • Add tomatoes and wine and cook until liquid is reduced by 1/2
  • Add shrimp and cook a few minutes until the just begin to curl and turn pink.
  • Add basil, salt and pepper, lemon juice, mascarpone and shrimp and cook, stirring often, until well mixed.
  • Add Parmesan and cooked pasta and stir to coat and combine.
  • Serve hot.

    Delicious! I used a mix of shrimp, salmon and sea scallops (adding the scallops a few minutes before the shrimp). One of the best seafood pasta dishes I have ever had. So easy, too! Love the way mascarpone melts in a sauce like this!
