I hate go give Michellem a big ol' fat raspberry for this recipe because I've made her recipes before with good results. But this one...............Pfffffffttttttttt.
Something seriously wrong here. What's puzzling is so many good reviews.
I'm thinking there is a liquid component missing. Like a cup of water or milk.
Pictures show cookies (hahahahahaha) coming out of the oven.
Took pains to make the recipe exactly to spec. Second dozen I squashed down with my hands and it too came out as it went in.
Looks nothing like the recipe pic.
Too many bad things to say about this recipe but I'll stop here.
Definitely NOT recommended until the recipe gets fixed.

That's weird, pso! It seems like three eggs plus Crisco would have been enough liquid, especially as the Crisco melts. Wonder what's wrong? There are definitely some good reviews there.
It looks like her picture, too. I can see the sugar she rolled the cookies in. Hopefully - she will respond.

I don't want to add fuel to the fire here, but looking at the recipe it seems to be your basic oatmeal cookie recipe except for the number of eggs. Three sounds like too many to me.

I added it to the BETA list only 3 days ago so you may have missed it. I sure wonder about that recipe though. Something's amiss. Perhaps Krumkake will remember if she did anything different with it.
