Miracle Chicken Noodle Soup by Semigourmet

Dee-lish! Perfect comfort food for being under the weather!
I used 1-1/2 cups of broad egg noodles and roughly 2 cups of leftover rotisserie chicken. I didn't have leftover gravy so I used a little tub of Knorr Home-style concentrated stock (about 2 Tbsp.'s per tub). And used a good quality organic chicken broth for the 2 32 ounces that was called for. It's Imagine brand and I find that its the closest thing to homemade broth. I will try the Homemade Miracle Chicken Broth next time!
I'm looking forward to having leftovers for lunch :)

I bet this made you feel so much better Shona! I have never seen Imagine brand broth, but I'll keep my eyes peeled for it, I don't always have homemade broth on hand, so it's good to have a close back up :) This looks so yummy!

No, I didn't use fresh pasta, but that is what the recipe called for! I'm sure that would have made it even better! If I wasn't sick I probably would have made the fresh pasta :)
Just had some for lunch, and I am feeling even better now! :)
