My Sisters Awesome Salad from Sparow64

This was delicious, the combo of the mandarins, blue cheese & chopped walnuts made this a very special salad. I used Ken's Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette (all I could find)
Easy to put together and the dressing is very, very good..I always thought you'd have to make a homemade dressing such as this for it to be good, but I was wrong:) Thanks Lori & your sister for sharing!!!

Yes Lori, we both loved it..especially the tons of blue cheese we added:) LOL You know, i remember going to a nice restaurant and they served almost the same salad but added fresh raspberries..it was delicious as well, maybe next time I'll add some raspberries instead of the mandarins:)
