Not Your Momma's Onion Bake!

I made Notyourmomma's
Spiced Vidalia Onion Bake
last night along with some BBQ steak and it was lovely. A very flavourful dish that's easy to put together. I'll be adding this to my regular rotation as it will make a really nice side dish for all manner of Roasts. I liked the addition of the green chilies. Great recipe Tina! My camera is wonky so this is the best pic I could get from it.

I made this last night as a side for venison chops. This was soooo good. I never had onions as a dish before. I dont know why, cuz I love onions. I ate 1/2 of it too. Great recipe Notyourmomma. Posted a pic also
