Orange Chicken

    Recipe by Chet_norris: Orange Chicken/saved
    Good and moist. It's a braised basted chicken.
    Think I would season the thighs first before pouring over the bath water to yield a little more flavor. Couldn't really taste any orange flavor but mother gobbled it up.
    Served with yellow rice and cornbread. And dang if you know it, I forgot the little sprig of celery leaf for the pic, right there in between both thighs.
    Used fresh squeezed OJ.
