    Outback Steakhouse Alice Springs Chicken

    This was absolutely delicious! The best honey mustard sauce I believe I have ever had:) I doubled the sauce....I just had to:) I did use turkey bacon, and since it doesn't really get crunchy like real bacon, I just chopped it up, worked very well..like Rick (my hubby) said, "This is a keeper"..so I'll be adding this to our favorite recipe list:) Thanks for another wonderful recipe Twill!

    LOL..I knew what you meant:) Twill did state that when he makes this, he omits the mushrooms..they are a nice addition, but you don't need them..it will be just as delish without :)

    This is awesome!! YUM! I used split chicken breast so they took half the time in the oven and I served them on soft whole wheat buns. I didn't use mushrooms either, and put jalapeno Havarti on the adult's chicken, cheddar on the kids. Everyone loved it!! I put some extra sauce on the buns too, and I made homemade seasoning salt to season the chicken before hand Copycat Lawrys Seasoned Salt, I added a little extra garlic to the seasoning though :) This is a definite 'must make again' meal!
