I made this last week for lunch. Very creative and taste just like pizza! I used mini pepperoni and they fit perfectly. Also didn't have a green bell so I used red. This was a nice quick lunch!

I remember you making that too, but also have no clue of who's. I'm sure I saved it. Keni I have a portobello mushroom sitting in my fridge that I was meaning to use to make your burger with but now I don't know when I'll get around to it ;( dangit, I need to use it though. Also just realized I forgot to get the provolone. Darnit!

He's so good!!! Seriously this little kid is a trooper! He is so happy and doesn't even seem to care that he can't move from the waist down. He does like to be held a lot and not sit in one place too long but I am able to do more than I thought and he sleeps all night and takes 3 hr naps lol. Over all I think we will make it through the next 4 weeks just fine! Thanks for asking Mr P

I needed something to put together easy... I wanted to be in the kitchen, and wanted to feed a small crowd, but knew I couldn't be there long.

These were perfect. Easy to customize, of course, too. We did bell peppers(but not green), vidalias, olives(I will add green ones, next time), pepperoni(didn't have the mini stuff on hand, but those'd be perfect!) and I actually used sliced Muenster cheese and just added a slice to the top of each mushroom. Held in all the goodies really good and melted down over the mushroom, itself.

Delicious! I added my pic to the many!
