    A well flavored carrot soup for being so simple. Seasoning is just right.
    Looks like baby food puree but I don't care. It tastes very good.
    This would definitely get me to eat more carrots.

    I think I may have a texture problem with that. I would have to leave it chunkier. I am surprised your mom thought it too salty with only 1/2 tsp of salt. Could that be because of the broth? I always use the less sodium stuff.
