    Ravioli Lasagna
I have never just thawed my ravioli before using it so I took the bag out of the freezer before I left for work (yes, I thaw on the counter all day!). It worked and no ravioli pot to clean! I cut this in half but my spaghetti sauce ratio may be off as I used up the rest of the jar that I opened up last night for the pizza chicken rolls and I didn't measure. I also had to put it in a smaller dish to get the three layers. But, this was great and the leftovers mean no more cooking for me this weekend! :) Thanks for leaving us such another great recipe, Pat. We all miss you!

How much easier could this be! My ravioli was refrigerated but I still boiled them for a few minutes. They were the round kind filled with chicken and four cheese, I used a package and a half which was the perfect amount to fit in a 2/12 qt round casserole dish. I used a creamy tomato sauce, and this turned out great!
Everyone was acting like I hadn't fed them in days, so I wasn't able to let it sit the 15 minutes to set up....which resulted in a messy picture...so I didn't post it. Next time we will be patient :)
