    Made Bakeras's
    Rainbow Trout Fillet/saved
for dinner last night. Really lovely. A simple recipe. Good cooking instructions. Mine were cooked perfectly after 15 minutes. I did mine on a cookie sheet. The only thing I added was a hand full of fresh dill as I can't get enough of the stuff. I did use the lemon juice.

I;m pretty sure I have not had trout, but it is very available here. Is it a fishy fish, or mild? This recipe sounds easy enough, what's not to like!? I would add fresh dill too :)

I grew up with trout. A few more bones than some fish but not really a problem. I'll keep this recipe in mind next time.

Rainbow trout is a very mild fish Michelle, and has a sweetness too it. It's lovely. Not fishy fish at all.
My fillets had no bones so I was lucky Lovebreezy! :)

I haven't had trout in ages. You're lucky you had no bones! That's never happened to me with trout. That looks like a lovely and simple recipe. Makes me want to see if there is any trout when I shop today.

Been there, done that. Shipment hasn't come in. And only one store in this pop stand of a town has fresh seafood.

    Fish on!
A quick and tasty recipe. Made it with cubed microwaved potatoes and Steamed Broccoli With Lemon Zest. Main dish and 2 sides were a snap to put together. Was able to use one whole lemon without waste by making the broccoli side.
    A nice healthy dish.

E.X.P.E.N.$.I.V.E. though. It's no wonder I don't make fish recipes anymore. $10/lb and a little grease for Uncle Sam. Only bought 2 fillets @ 1/4lb ea. They were boneless too.
