    This is some seriously good pie - if you like raspberries that is. But, they happen to be my favorite berry so I loved this. Cooking time was right on. I do my pie edges a bit different - I put the foil on first and then take off for the last 20 minutes. Its easier for me to do it that way and if you forget to take off the foil - well, that's better than forgetting to put it on. Except I did forget to put foil on the bottom of my stove so all that raspberry juiciness needs to be clean off today. Still - I love this pie and plan on eating it all weekend long! :-D

    Are you sure you didn't steal that photo off the internet? :) SO pretty! I have the rubber pie edge things that work like heaven! They are so easy, you just set them on it and done! Anyway I see it only used an egg white and I know you hate that lol! What did you do with the yolk? JK ;)

    I have always done my foil edging at the beginning too. Why have to mess with it when it's hot and you're in a hurry to get it back in the oven. Nice job.

    I'm glad you brought that up, ml2c, because I forgot to mention I skipped the egg white. I would have had to throw away the yolk and, yep, I hate that! :-D
