Salty Balls Maui Style From Ddd
I helped my parents out yesterday with some chores and one of them was digging up potatoes! So, as payment, I came home with a big bag of potatoes I need to eat up. I found this using "new potatoes" as an ingredient search. Not sure how I missed this when it was posted! Maybe I was in Oregon at the time. Anyway - this was a different way to cook up some new little potatoes. They went great with Marinated And Grilled Orange Chicken. Thanks, Tina!

Love your pictures. Fred can't get enough of these when I make them. Fresh potatoes out of the ground must make the interior extra creamy. The latent scientist in me is fascinated by osmosis and salt transfer. Glad you liked them.

The fresh potatoes are nice. And they are super easy to grow. I grow them myself. I had a plastic garbage can and someone cut it in half for me. You always get volunteers the next year because, somehow, you never dig all of them up. :)
