How to make it

  • Marinade:
  • In a medium saucepan,whisk together all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 mins. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  • Place chicken breasts in a zip-loc bag. Add cooled marinade and refrigerate 4-24 hours.
  • Remove breasts from marinade. Reserve marinade. Grill about 5 mins per side,basting occasionally with reserved marinade until chicken is no longer pink inside.

    Oh, yum. This was soooo good!! I had orange juice but no oranges so I skipped the zest part. I don't know what golden blossom honey is so I just used the plain old honey I had on hand. I had two boneless, skinless thighs and I grilled them on my charcoal grill. This was delicious and I ate both of them! I added my picture and a thread in IMI on 8/24/14. Thanks for leaving us another great chicken recipe, Pat!

    love doing it this way...i've done a simialr version with adding a bit of soy to the mix - but I really like your version without the soy. You got my high five drumsticks! - hey we still haven't gotten that cheesy chicken melt recipe yet...
