Shrimp Scampi

    I misspelled scampi in my first thread so I deleted it and started over. I'll do the same for you if you ever ask me to. :-)

    I don't know what is going on around here but 16/20 shrimp was $6.99 a pound where I shop which is $2 per pound cheaper than the hamburger I bought yesterday for the chili.
    Anyway -
    I found a teeny tri-tip in my freezer while I was rummaging around in there so I broiled that instead of serving these with pasta. I poured some of the butter on top of the steak. Yum. I found myself dipping my already buttery garlic bread in it as well. Good stuff. Well, if you aren't a shrimp hater, that is. :-P
