Shrimp Scampi

Great over a grilled steak. Serve with crusty bread to mop up all of the delicious liquid.
Ingredients
- 10 uncooked shrimp, 23-30 size. Shells removed and deveined. shopping list
- pinch red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 t butter, melted. I use Earth Balance shopping list
- 1 T olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 t parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 T white wine shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic, micro planed shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place everything in a ovenproof dish and toss to coat shrimp.
- Place in fridge to marinate for 1 hour.
- Bring to room temp before placing in oven.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- cook 10-15 mins until pink

Delicious! My shrimp were 16/20 so I used six. I don't have a microplaner so I just minced my garlic. Really good. This would be fabulous over pasta. I'm thinking I may save the leftover butter and use it tomorrow night with some angel hair. A ...more
