Simply Chocolate Mousse

Recipe by Pink: Simply Chocolate Mousse/saved
    It's mousse for mommy.
Used my new Ninja blender to whip up these, mousses? A lot of raw egg going into this recipe. And I doubled the recipe per my aversion to leaving half a bag of chocolate open. Only change I made was to use sugar to stabilize the egg white. Eight whites require 1 cup sugar total. That ought to be sweet enough for mummy dearests sweet tooth.
My doubled recipe made 4 stemless wine goblets.
Recipe says it serves 7 in parfait glasses. They're pretty big. That would be 14 parfait glasses.........................I don't think so.
You can't just eat a little mousse.
It tastes like a mousse to me. :)
It's a quick way to throw together a mousse, even though they require refrigeration to set.
I'm just bothered that the yolks were not tempered.

It set up nicely overnight. It does have a little more air in it than the mousses I'm used to which are more of a pudding quality.
This is a first, mother couldn't finish her glass.

Well I wouldn't say 'no' to that for sure! Looks delicious. And I bet I could finish the whole goblet full. :)
