Slow Cooker Italian Beef

Haven't made a roast in SOOOO long, so the family was happy when I opened up the slow cooker! I added carrots and onions, because why not? Also used my own homemade Italian salad dressing mix and since I don't have garlic salt added a regular garlic powder, a cube of beef bouillon and salt to taste. Was going to serve in corn tortillas but ended up just serving it up on it's own because it was so good :) Thanks Twill!!!

Wow, that looks good, Mommyluvs2cook! Did you use a rump roast, as called for in the recipe, or chuck? I have extra boneless chuck roasts in the freezer that might work for this.

Thanks everyone!! Bakerme, I did forget to mention that I used a chuck roast AND it was only 2.5 lbs. so I halved everything :)
Janet, that Italian mix works great in this!! I too always make roast the same way, so this was a nice change!
