I made this tonight. I thought it was great. I went through 4 plates trying to take a decent picture. That will take some getting used to. When I went to purchase dill I grabbed dill seed. When I got back to make it I saw I needed weed. I don't know if that makes a difference or not, but thought this was a very easy and great tasting dish. I cooked mine for 12 minutes. Thanks Keni

Made this for Keni Cooking Day 1/30/2016. It's uniquely different. Don't know why, but mine didn't look like the others. I used a cast iron skillet so I don't know if that makes a huge difference or not.

Nothing wrong with your pic. It's very slightly darker but could be because of the software photo viewer settings.

I'm surprised that Keni used an end cut piece of salmon instead of a center cut piece. A salmon snob would know that the center cut piece cooks more evenly, just because of the evenness in thickness.

Thank you everyone! Points, my lighting was off when I snapped the photo so that has a little to do with it. Plus, I used sockeye salmon and it's a dark reddish-orange to begin with. The salmon had a good coating of sticky marinade on it when I flipped it over. It just caramelized. I didn't pay attention to how long it was in the oven, just pulled it out when it was done. Couldn't have had it in more than 15 min. Man was it sizzling in that cast iron skillet!
