Smoky Glazed Salmon

- 2lbs fresh salmon fillets(skin on is fine) shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- juice from 1 large, or two small lemons or 2 limes shopping list
- 1T dry dill weed shopping list
- 1/4-1t cayenne pepper or hot sauce shopping list
- 1-2T honey shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- dash of worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2T smoked paprika(sweet or hot...I used hot) shopping list
- 1t ground coriander shopping list
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except salmon and whisk to combine.
- Pour into bottom of baking dish with sides(I used cast iron and highly recommend it, if it's an option)
- Place salmon, skin side UP into sauce in pan and let rest 15-30 min at room temperature.
- Turn salmon pieces in the pan and roast them, skin side DOWN
- in 425 oven for about 10-15 minutes or until salmon flakes. Do not over cook!
