    Noodles With Ground Lamb And Bok Choy

    Very quick weeknight meal. I did use venison as I often sub for lamb dishes, I added more heat, and a great lemon pepper fettucinni that was just great, here. I used a leek in the dish and green onions to garnish.

    I served this with lightly grilled flat bread. :-)
