Spaghetti & Meatballs

I was interested in this meatball recipe, for 2 reasons. One, I have never put milk in meatballs, and two, I have never put crushed crackers in meatballs. Both worked well! I would say these actually had a softer texture on the inside and kind of a crispish on the outside. I did omit the breadcrumbs and added about 5 more crackers for it. I loved the flavor of these, (yes I ate one) and I froze the leftover meatballs for subs in a couple weeks. Added parmesan cheese on top :)

The sub idea is a good one.

Now you have me craving spaghetti and meatballs. I haven't had that in ages! And I definitely have never tried meatballs with both breadcrumbs and crackers. Sounds interesting.
I love the picture. Its breakfast time but I'd sure gobble that up right now!

Ha ha, I actually didn't feel like grating forever on the small holes for fine grating, which I think is mainly for parm. , so I used the bigger holed side to make it faster! Doesn't bother us though!
There was still some good sized chunks of crackers which I couldn't seem to get smushed, so I was worried about big soggy cracker pieces, but it worked out just fine.

Food processor use here! Use the shred disc for the Parmesan then fix the cutting blade in the bottom of the bowl to finely grate the shredded cheese.

Still haven't gotten that new food processor yet. That's gonna have to wait for a birthday present or something :(
