Sunny Side Up Pizza
I loved this! Made one for dinner tonight. I let the egg sit cracked in a bowl to get it to room temperature because I like my egg whites totally cooked. Eight minutes was perfect. I think this would be a great recipe for kids to make and you could definitely vary the toppings. Super easy, super quick and one filled me up. I will definitely make this again.
