Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the dough to an 8-inch round. Place the dough on a round pizza pan lined with parchment.
  • Lightly brush the surface of the dough with melted garlic butter. Add all topping except the egg. from the center, push aside some of the cheese and topping, enough so that the egg has a place to "sit". Crack egg into center of pizza and bake until crust golden brown (about 8 minutes in my oven)

I never would have thought to put an egg on pizza. I love eggs, too, Runny yolks are the best. Great post, Thanks for sharing

I loved this! What a lot of fun getting that cooked egg out of the oven. I used a Grands biscuit for the dough and used pre-cooked bacon. No mushrooms for me and I didn't have any pink salt. This was really great and super easy and I will definitely be making this one again. Added a picture, too. A teeny bite more in IMI :)
