    Tangy Barbecued Chicken
    I am happy to be home and cooking things up again! My mom stuffed me for five days! The only thing she let me cook was some Brussel sprouts. :)
    This was soooo good! I absolutely loved it. Tangy and good!. More details on the recipe.

    Ml2c, try out Colonel Benjamins Curry Chicken for starters and I have a couple of chicken stock recipes available. That will make some nice stock that can be frozen and the chicken can be shredded for burritos or chicken salad sammies. Should take care of 15lbs of chicken.

They don't sell enough of it to have it in store, so they take orders and they pick it up from a farm for you, and will do a minimum of 40 lbs....so that's why! Anyway, I think we could get through it before a year lol!
    PSO that curry is perfect for this time of year, our farmers market is basically giving away tomatoes right now, plus I have a ton of tomatoes in our freezer needing to be used, guess that would be okay in this too...
