Well I hope I didn't veer to far off this recipe by not using the glass noodles lol! I couldn't find them so I used Korean rice noodles. This was so much fun to make and really delicious! I did not cook my spinach as directed but just threw it in with the vegetables when they were almost done. The egg is a no fuss to make. Super easy and adds a nice depth and texture to the dish. I used black sesame seeds to end with. Tasty!
