  Yum Yum, Made this tonite with my surplus of zucchini (will they ever end? lol)
  I bet you have all the ingredients on hand if you have a garden. And tippy is right, stays moist.
  
  Even the 2 in the house that wouldn't dare eat zucchini off the grill or sautee'd (crazy right?) love this bread....
