These were just plain old fun to make (and taste test - who doesn't love Rice Crispy Treats?!?), and they look so pretty. Picture and review posted on recipe and in I Made It...thanks Lillian - I came up with a host of ideas of how to decorate these for every occasion imaginable and will be making them often throughout the year...conversation hearts for Valentines Day, jelly beans for Easter, red/white/blue sprinkles for Memorial Day...what's for Thanksgiving???? Love these!

A real winner!! I did a review on Keni's page. I would not change a thing. Full of flavor and very adaptable to variation. Use her dressing... Its what makes the salad!

I love her choice of cheese and the capers and olives give it a real Mediterranean feel. If you like pasta salads, you will love this.... Great recipe Keni... I am glad I tried it.. Thank You........ Jim

I made this for supper last night and it was a huge hit!! We loved it, and will make it again. I did add a little parmesan cheese to the stuffing mixture, more out of habit of pairing spinach with whatever "white" cheese I have than a need to change the recipe. I think it would have been equally good without it. (I threw the cheese in without really reading the recipe). This is a great dish. I served it with a baked potato, grilled garlic tomatoes, salad and bread. This is a definate keeper!

Rated, reviewed and photographed this on it's page...

I picked up this one and cmn's version in another swap(which I accidentally added, too, sorry! :(, so I made them both, tonight :) (yes, I was sharing, I didn't eat all of both of 'em, but I did have some of each :)

Sparrow's was put together differently than I'd ever done, and the mushrooms left whole, and on top, were unique to her version, as far as I've seen...

she suggested an olive sauce, which I couldn't find, so I added some chopped Kalamatas...MMMMMM!! :) LOVED this addition.

Hope you don't mind the photos, Sparrow, but, of course, feel free to remove them if you do...

Sorry, Keni...I didn't copy my thank you for the review and pix to this page...hope you saw them I loved the pix and was thrilled to have them, and appreciated your review as well!

So, tonight I made Lillian's Chicken Sauteed in White Wine Cream Sauce and it was a definate keeper. Loved it. Review on her recipe page. Her pic was great so I didn't add one. And, with Bryan on nights, I would have drawn back a nub if I'd tried to make him wait to eat before he got ready to go...ha ha ha! He had me pack some leftovers in his "lunch" too (is that what you eat at 12 am when you are working a 12 hour nite shift? lol).
Great recipe, Lillian. Thanks for sharing it.

GARLICKY EGGPLANT MELTS By Juels...OMG!!! These really do melt in your mouth! They are the perfect appy! I love the flavor of the garlic in the mayo...it gives it a nice kick! Check them out! I suggest ar least doubling the recipe if its just 4 people eating these because you won't be able to stop devouring them!

Sour apple pucker chicken by Cmnjersey was absolutely delicious! It came out tasting like a yummy BBQ chicken with sweet and sour sauce. We had a lot of sauce left-over and I reduced it to thicken separately in the end. Saved it to use wherever I need BBQ sauce. Posted some pics and a full review on the recipe page.

I love the way it looks CMN! Thats a great idea to cook it in the bacon grease and THEN wrap it in the bacon! Much easier that way!

SMOKEY MOUNTAIN CHICKEN MY WAY ...BY SPAROW

    http://www.grouprecipes.com/78399/smoky-mountain-chicken-my-way.html

Outstanding chicken recipe! I served it on sandwich rolls! This is the best chicken sandwich I ever made! The BBQ sauce is something I could eat right out of a bowl with a big ole spoon! All the flavors of this sandwich come shining through with each bite!

This is one of those desserts that you wil make often, with most any fruit that you have on hand. Can't wait to try it again when the fresh peaches are in season!!

Yesterday I made Juels' Garlicky Eggplant Melts, and Pleclares Bacon Wrapped Roast. They were Mah-ve-lous!! Reviews on the recipes pages. No photos, as they already had a few good photos there. The roast was so moist and tender, and the eggplants melts are absolutely addicting!!

Sparow's Smokey Mountain Chicken My Way
    http://www.grouprecipes.com/78399/smoky-mountain-chicken-my-way.html

This was really good! We had it on buns with leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoes. I didn't have green onions so I took a few slices of regular onion and fried them and put them on under the cheese. Sooo good!!! Hubby liked it so much his 2 sandwiches were gone before my first one was. We will be making this again!

    Thanks Sparow!

I made keni's TORTILLA COATED CHICKEN SNACKS and we really liked them. I used the lime chips and only used about half of the salsa because I wanted the dip to be kind of thick (that way we could dip chips too) and next time I think I would only use half a packet of taco seasoning as it was a little over-powering. Hubby and I loved it and I will definitely be making these again when the kids are around. The recipe was very easy and really fast. Thanks Keni!
