Then fry the chicken wings with garlic, small red onion and char siu sauce with hot oil in a wok. Fry a little while only. Add water in the chicken wings mixture (the water must cover the chicken wings). Cover, cook and stir over medium heat until tender, about 15 or 20 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Add some more char siu sauce, if desired. Serve hot.
