How to make it

  • Rinse and pat chicken dry.
  • Drizzle with oil and salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Cook in a hot pan until brown on both sides.
  • Remove from pan and keep warm.
  • In same pan, saute tomatoes with lemon juice and about 1 tbsp mustard until tomatoes soften,
  • Add capers and taste. Adjust seasoning accordingly.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and serve warm.
