PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE

- 1 16-20 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, not syrup, well drained shopping list
- 1 8 oz pineapple cream cheese; softened shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 container Cool Whip shopping list
- toasted coconut for garnish shopping list
- 1 graham cracker crust shopping list
How to make it
- Drain pineapple and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar, fold into pineapple and then fold in whipped topping.
- Spread into crust making sure to cover bottom completely.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Overnight if possible.
- Garnish with coconut if desired.
